In August F-Secure's viruslab analyzed 5 new mobile viruses. Commwarrior.Q was detected in the beginning of the month. It is a fully new Commwarrior variant with new functionalities. Other detected variants were Romride.I, Stealwar.F and Cardtrap.AK.

Acallno.A is a completely new virus, detected in the end of August. It is an SMS spying tool that runs on Symbian Series 60 2nd Edition devices.
